below to have clear picture about key definitions. New
TeVii remote control unit available from June will have

Add Hebrew subtitle support for M500
TeVii has released its new firmware to for M500 to add
Hebrew subtitle support. Users are free to download it
from our Support Page. Please see the Change Log as below:

1. Fix the issue in the scenario: in thumnail preview,
playback a photo with background music, rotate the photo,
stop the playback, exist the curren folder, enter the
folder again to play the photo again. The photo playback
with music normally but it prompts "Invalid file!"
message.
2. (Under testing) Improve Arabic subtitle support.
3. Forbid the Repeat A-B function for DVD/BD/BDMV/BD-ISO/AVCHD
to prevent the crash.
4. Fix the failure to open Video setup sub-menu by "EDIT"
key in the asf/wmv video playback.
5. Fix the crash in the scenario: With only one USB
Storage plugged, play DVD/BD/BDMV/BD-ISO/AVCHD and unplug
the USB Storage, and press "RETURN" to close
the USB unplugged prompt window, and then it crashes.

2. Add "Aspect Ratio" in the Video setup sub-menu.
In the video playback, press "EDIT" key to
pop up the menu and press "RETURN" key to
closed it.
3. The operation hint bar won't pop for the video playback
in the automatic playback folder "AD_Video".
4. Add new Video setup sub-menu for adjustment of Brightness,
Contrast, Hue and Saturation. In the video playback,
press "EDIT" key to pop up the menu and press
"RETURN" key to closed it.
5. Display file extsnsion "m2p".
6. Support PPPoE in the wired LAN setup.
7. Support HDMI LPCM (MULTI CH) in the audio setup.
8. Playback the videos in the biggest Playlist in BD/BD
ISO/AVCHD.
9. Support the playback of unprotected BD in the external
BD-ROM.
10. Support BDMV/DVD playback. Navigate to the folder
which has a subfolder "BDMV" or "VIDEO_TS"
and then press PLAY key to play it automaticately.
11. Support the reading of iPod database except iPod
nano and iPod Touch.
12. In the file browser, press the number key to find
the file accordingly. It only supports long RCU with
number keys.
13. Press "Delete" key to delete the file
directly.
14. Support more symbles like @, ! in the virtual keyboard.
15. Display Flash type in the system information.
16. BT Client modified:
16.1. Add an option to turn on/off BT client. When it
is off, the device won't create BT folder in the new
USB Storage.
16.2. The torrent file is activated manually to prevent
the crash causes by too many torrents activated automatically.
16.3. New download speed limitation:
a. When user is operating OSD, the Download/Upload speed
is limited to 5 kb/s and 3kb/s.
b. When playing video, the BT client is paused to download/upload.
c. When the device is operating and the screensave is
activated, the BT client downloads/uploads at the data
rate in the web page.
d. Full speed: if setup the download speed to "0",
the BT client has not limit to doenload/upload.
e. The player checks USB Storage every 30 seconds. If
USB Storage is unplugged, BT client will stop downloading/uploading.

TeVii has released its latest BDA Driver20100421&
Software (MyTeVii & TeViiData) Release20100422. Users
are free to download from our Support page. New software
release will come with an utility TeViiRemoteControl allowing
users to use TeVii remote control unit to control Windows
Media Center (MCE) & MyTeVii.
Change Log:
1) Added support of remote control for Windows 7 MCE and
Windows Vista MCE with TV Pack 2008.
2) MyTeVii can be launched by remote control as well.
3) Added Tricolor profile to TeViiData.

A. New DVB-S2 PCI S464 launched
New DVB-S2 PCI S464 has just been launched and will be
available since Jan. 2010. Like S470 DVB-S2 PCIe Card,
S464 adapts Montage (M88TS2020 & M88DS3000) as RF
& Demo ICs, which have excellent power-saving performance
compared to current model S460.
S464 can detect FEC (Forward Error Correction) automatically
on both DVB-S & DVB-S2. Windows 32 bit & 64 bit
drivers are available for XP, Vista & Windows 7. Linux
driver will be supported in 2 weeks.
S464 standard package comes with full-function remote
control & IR Receiver and Low Profile short bracket
which is good to fit in slim Desktop PCs.

Latest driver adds support for TeVii??s
new DVB-S2 model: S470 DVB-S2 PCIe card. It also fixed
S3 Hibernate issue so myTeVii can play back smoothly
after PC resumes from sleeping/hibernate mode. For
some motherboards which S420 causes PC auto restart,
this latest driver also fixes this compatibility issue.
